01 Arcade

At one point in time, I had a Marvel vs Capcom arcade machine in my apartment. I had also modded it to be able to switch to a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time board—it was glorious.

Sadly, I no longer have the arcade. But I do remember thinking when I had it: "Man, it'd be so cool if there was an arcade cabinet that Dieter Rams would be proud to have." So I doodled one up! This dream arcade would be made with high quality materials like: solid walnut, powder coated steel, and top shelf switches. And while todays flat screens are pretty amazing, to really capture the halcyon days of arcade gaming this thing would absolutely have a big ol' humming CRT display. Topping it off would be a modular drawer system in the bottom cabinet that would be able to hold a few PCBs.

So yea. Can someone make this thing real for me please? :D
